LAY THE FAVORITE & AMERICAN REUNION

Joshua Jackson, notably known for his roles in The Mighty Ducks, Dawson Creek & Fringe, is in talks to join Bruce Willis and Rebecca Hall (The Town, Frost/Nixon) in the Stephen Frears (The Queen) directed, Lay the Favorite.

The film is based on the life of Beth Raymer, "a professional gambler who started off as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas but soon rose to become one of the world's best gamblers. After falling in love, Raymer soon begins to re-evaluate her life and the profession she has chosen."



  • OZ RETURNS WITH PIE

Chris Klein
Another cast member from the original American Pie trilogy is set to return to the film.
People magazine reports, that Chris Klein will be returning as Chris "Oz" Ostreicher in American Reunion; the fourth film in the theatrical "American Pie" series.

Klein will be joining Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Eugene Levy and the most recently announced addition, Alyson Hannigan, in the new film. Rest of the cast from the original trilogy films are still in negotiations to return to the film, but we think that we will eventually see the original cast back in this film.

Shooting for the comedy is scheduled to begin on May 24.
