WEREWOLF (Gets Director)

  • WEREWOLF

Werewolf, the proposed reboot of Universal's The Wolfman, has reportedly found its director.
 Louis Morneau
According to Moviehole, the man at the helm is Louis Morneau (Bats, Joy Ride 2: Dead Ahead, The Hitcher II: I've Been Waiting). The site adds that casting will get under way soon on the standalone film, which aims to shoot this fall.
Michael Tabb is rewriting the script for the film, and said "the film will share a link to the original George Waggner film (from 1941) rather than Joe Johnston's ill-fated 2009 remake."
