Superman is not Clark Kent?? . . Step Up G.I Joe!! . . . GhostRider!!. . . X-MEN!!

Henry Cavill

Firstly we got to apologize for this… we knew an interesting bit of news for the last 3 weeks but we completely forgot to put it in HYPE!!!

Superman’s identity is revealed . . . Henry Cavill will be playing Clark Kent aka The Man of Steel!!
Henry Cavill is a British Actor and his most famous credits include Stardust as well having a main role in the Tudors series. Well we know that isn’t the greatest list of credits but what we do know is that once director Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen & SuckerPunch) got his shortlist of actors to play Kent. He let them all try on a replica of Christopher Reeves Superman costume. And after laughing at nearly all of the actors, out stepped Henry Cavill and they just knew it’s him.

Cavill as Superman, Its Fake but a nice taste!

Zack Snyder said, “If you can put on that suit and pull it off that's an awesome achievement…" he says. "He walked out, and no one laughed. Other actors put that suit on, and it's a joke, even if they're great actors. Henry put it on, and he exuded this kind of crazy-calm confidence that just made me go, 'Wow. Okay: This was Superman.'"

In other casting news, Kevin Costner will be playing Jonathon Kent, Clarks adopted father. Lindsay Lohan might also get a role in the film. She will have a major role if she joins, but it will not be as
Lois Lane
A director for G.I. Joe 2 has finally been found!!
Channing Tatum as Duke
Jon Chu, the director of Step Up 3D and Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, to direct their follow-up to 2009's G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra.
Chu steps in for Stephen Sommers, who directed the first film.

Filming begins this fall and that Paramount's working on getting Channing Tatum to reprise his role as Duke.

Nicholas Cage has been talking about his role in the film Ghost Rider, as well as an Exorcism!!
Cage revealed that he will be playing dual roles in the film, while promoting his latest film Drive Angry 3D.

"There's an exorcism scene I just did where Johnny Blaze is being exorcised" he explained. "And then I also play Ghost Rider, who's the spirit if Zarathos, who's a corrupted angel. So it's like completely different entities."
He continued "The movie is not like anything I've done before. It's completely original. I think it's a really high adrenaline ride. And I think you'll see things in it that are mysterious as well."

The new, young Professor Charles Xavier, James McAvoy, has been talking about X-Men: First Class, and in doing so he's described the relationship between his character and Michael Fassbender's Magneto. The actor has said that, “Its kind of a love story, like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, which, really, was a love story between two men. This is the first time in their lives they've met someone who is an equal of sorts, someone who understands them and can connect and push them too. Especially Charles, he's fascinated with Erik and his potential. For Erik, Charles is the first person he's trusted to really tell about his past and the first person to understand the horrible things he's been through."
He added that professor X wasn’t always a, "selfless, sexless monk" and that the character is caught up in himself in this film. Also, he treats Raven/Mystique (who's his assistant here) like a "living experiment."

You can look forward to X-Men First class as it hits our cinemas in July!!
