Talking at a press conference for CZ12 in Kuala Lumpur, Jackie Chan said he is on board for the next Expendables. "Sly had invited me to be in 'Expendables 2' but I was too busy filming 'CZ12' and couldn't make a commitment to the film. But he did extend his invitation to the third movie, which I agreed on the condition that I will be appearing as more than just a minor role with a few scenes."

Jackie Chan
He added that he hoped the third installment of the franchise would run along the lines of a 'buddy-buddy' movie should Chan be starring in it, to which Sylvester Stallone obliged.

Chan said he also hopes to be reteaming with his "Rush Hour" co-star Chris Tucker soon. The script they are currently working with is for a movie with the title Skip Tracer, but the actor said it could be turned into Rush Hour 4.

"The script is currently viewed by Chris Tucker," he said. "Personally, I feel that if he were to pick it up, it would be better if we turned it into 'Rush Hour 4,' but I do think that three movies for the franchise is a perfect ending. It would be better to start a new buddy movie with someone new."

It's up to Papa, Clumsy, Grouchy, and Vanity to return to our world, reunite with their human friends Patrick and Grace Winslow, and rescue her! The film, which also stars Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Sofia Vergara, Brendan Gleeson, Katy Perry, Jonathan Winters, Alan Cumming, Fred Armisen, George Lopez, Anton Yelchin, Christina Ricci, JB Smoove and John Oliver, is set for release on July 31, 2013.

Eddie Redmayne

Eddie Redmayne is the latest name to enter negotiations to star in Andy and Lana Wachowski's Jupiter Ascending, Variety reports. He'd star in the sci-fi tale opposite Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis.

The film focuses on higher forms of life who are watching us from other worlds. Kunis will play a Russian immigrant who is busily scrubbing toilets for a living. Unbeknownst to her, she actually possesses the same perfect genetic makeup as the Queen of the Universe and is therefore a threat to her otherwise immortal rule.

Although Redmayne's specific role has not yet been revealed, you can catch the star in Les Misérables when it hits theaters Christmas Day.
