Anna Faris will be joining the cast of, The Dictator, as the films female lead character.

The film, which reunites the Borat and Bruno actor/director pair of Sacha Baron Cohen and Larry Charles, will be heavily improvised and is inspired by Saddam Hussein's novel "Zabibah and the King." It will feature Cohen as both a goat-herder and an oppressive dictator who finds himself lost in America.
Faris role in the film is described as the owner of a natural foods store in New York City.
She'll enter production soon on The Dictator with the film scheduled to hit theaters on May 11, 2012.

Barry Levinson, the director of Diner, Rain Man and Bugsy, has officially signed on to direct the mobster biopic, Gotti: Three Generations.
The film, which adapts John Gotti's life from the point of view of his son, John Gotti, Jr, is also set to star John Travolta, Joe Pesci, Lindsay Lohan and Ella Bleu Travolta.
The film will span Gotti's rise to power in the last two decades of the 20th century and is expected to go into production soon.
