DANGER GIRL (In Development)

  • DANGER GIRL

There's reportedly some new blood coursing through the veins of Danger Girl, the long-gestating big screen version of the J. Scott Campbell and Andy Hartnell comic book.

The series, which started at Wildstorm in the late '90s before IDW brought it back a few years ago, followed the adventures of ridiculously voluptuous and sexy secret agents of an all-female espionage network. It had shades of Charlie's Angels, James Bond, Indiana Jones and Tomb Raider to it.

Latino Review claims that Resident Evil's Milla Jovovich, Underworld's Kate Beckinsale and Modern Family's Sofia Vergara are attached to play the female leads in the action flick.

The site gives the following log line for the project: "A beautiful adventuress joins forces with an all-female spy agency as they race around the world to recover a trio of powerful relics."

This could end up being a really good film that could rival the likes of the original Charlie’s Angles or we could just end up being SuckerPunched all over again.
