Lizzy Caplan, Kirsten Dunst, Adam Scott and Casey Wilson will star in an independent comedy being produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay.

The project, tentatively titled Bachelorette, was written and will be directed by Leslye Headland. The story "follows three best friends (two of whom would be played by Caplan and Dunst) who are invited to act as bridesmaids at the wedding of a girl they called "Pigface" in high school."

Producers are hoping the $3 million project will start shooting this summer.

Laura Vandervoort 

Supergirl, Laura Vandervoort, has joined the cast of Ted (directed by Seth "Family Guy" MacFarlen), the upcoming big-screen comedy that also stars Mark Wahlberg.

Deadline reports Vandervoort will play Tayna, "a gorgeous salesgirl and coworker of John (Wahlberg) at the rental car service who is clueless to the gaggle of men who drool over her all day." Yeah right… Another unrealistic pointless comedy!! But a very sexy cast so far!!!
