TOY STORY OF TERROR (In Development)

  • TOY STORY OF TERROR

The popular characters of Disney/Pixar's Toy Story franchise are set to return in a television special, AWN is reporting. Titled "Toy Story of Terror," the Halloween-themed adventure will air in 2013 and is officially described as follows:

“What starts out as a fun road trip for the "Toy Story" gang takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate in this "Toy Story of Terror."”

There's no confirmation yet as to whether or not actors like Tom Hanks and Tim Allen will be reprising their roles as Woody and Buzz Lightyear, though both have lent their talents to the studio's series of "Toy Story Toons," the most recent of which, "Partysaurus Rex," premiered before screenings of Finding Nemo 3D.
