- CAPTAIN AMERICA 2
Disney recently revealed their upcoming slate, which has two
unspecified Marvel movies set for 2014 debuts (May 16 and June 27,
respectively). Now we might know the identity of one of them: Captain America
2.
While out doing press for his new film Puncture, Cap star
Chris Evans told The Playlist, "They may wait until 2014 until they
release the next Cap. Marvel has a lot of balls in the air, they aren't going
to cannibalize their films."

Evans also said fans shouldn't expect to see him appearing
as Captain America in any other upcoming Marvel movies other than next year's
Avengers. He said his contract with Marvel only calls for him to make six
films, specifically three Cap movies and three Avengers ones.
As Evans explained, should he be asked to pop up in someone
else's film, say Iron Man 3 or Thor 2, then that would count as one of the six
he's required to make. "So if they needed me in a third Cap, and I say,
'(expletive) you, give me $30 million,' well…they want to avoid that,"
said Evans.
