- GI JOE: RETALIATION NEWS BUZZ

Leaked call sheets and casting info reveals that a major
villain from the first G.I. Joe film might be back for the now-filming sequel,
G.I. Joe: Retaliation.
HissTank refers to a call sheet for stand-ins that strongly
suggests one character is none other than Cobra Commander. The scene may part
of a prison escape sequence, they claim. But with Joseph Gordon-Levitt now busy
filming The Dark Knight Rises, who has taken over the role of the masked
villain?
Meanwhile, HissTank also has a rundown of the latest casting
of supporting roles in the film. First, actress-dancer Melinda Sullivan tweeted
that she's in the film, but the dark-haired Sullivan said she wasn't playing
the Baroness. Otherwise, she didn't specify what role she's playing.
Also cast was Kendra Andrews, stuntman-actor Travis Wong,
and choreographer-dancer-actress Galen Hooks, all of whom worked with Joe
director Jon M. Chu on both Step Up 3D and The LXD: The Legion of Extraordinary
Dancers. No word yet on what their roles are either.
