- THE BOURNE LEGACY
Jeremy Renner has been talking about his role in the
forthcoming spy sequel The Bourne Legacy, talking Treadstone and revealing his
character's name.

Speaking to Empire, Renner said "My character is called
Aaron Cross, but he ends up having a bunch of different names. For fans of the
franchise, [The Bourne Legacy] has that same ticking clock, but it's a new
programme and new characters."
But what of the shady government organisation Treadstone,
which set all this carnage in motion in the first place? Well according to
Renner, they'll still be involved.
"Yeah, it's that same deal, it's just a new set of
agents with a different leash" he explained. "It's the same tempo and
pace but more expansive and bigger. The differences are pretty vast but you'll
know it's a Bourne movie."
The Bourne Legacy hits screens on August 17, 2012, while
before then Renner will be seen in Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.
