This just came out the blue as Robert Rodriguez has cast
Lady Gaga in forthcoming sequel Machete Kills.

Rodriguez took to Twitter recently, to make the announcement
and post the below poster of Gaga as Lady Chameleon: Rodriguez announced the
casting on Thursday on Twitter, saying, “I just finished working with @LadyGaga
on @MacheteKills, she kicked SO MUCH ASS! Holy Smokes. Blown away!”
Lady Gaga then tweeted,
, “Yes it's true, I will be making my debut as an actress in
the amazing MACHETE KILLS BY @RODRIGUEZ IM SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was
insane.”
In other news Alexa Vega posted this insanely hot image of
herself as her character KillJoy in Machete Kills. After seeing this image, it’s
hard to believe that she is that same girl from Spy Kids. She definitely grew
up!!
The film is still in production, with the singer starring
opposite Mel Gibson, Charlie Sheen, Michelle Rodriguz, Sophia Vergara, Amber
Heard, and Danny Trejo - returning as the title character.
