Matthew McConaughey has joined the cast of Martin Scorsese's
The Wolf of Wall Street, Deadline reports. He'll play Mark Hanna, an early boss
to Leonardo DiCaprio's character.

Jonah Hill, Kyle Chandler, Jean Dujardin, Jon Bernthal, Rob
Reinger Jon Favreau and Margot Robbie also star in the drama, based on Jordan
Belfort's best-selling memoir.
Terence Winter ("The Sopranos," "Boardwalk
Empire") adapted the screenplay, which chronicles Jordan Belfort’s
(DiCaprio) dramatic rise and fall on Wall Street, along with his hard-partying
lifestyle and tumultuous personal life, which included drug and alcohol
addiction.
Production on The Wolf of Wall Street is slated to begin in
this month in New York.
